level from factory?

Gentlemen,

I have searched but have not seen this question. I am sure it is a silly one but I am confused.

I have a 2007 Lariat (super cab 4x4) and it appears to be darn close to level now with out a leveling kit. I have looked at many of the before and after pics here on the board and my truck looks more like the afters? I would like to buy a set of 35"s on the factory 18" rims soon but I am not confused if I need to life the front first? Based on what I have read yes but I am fairly certain if I like my front 2" it will have a negative tilt. Anyone ever seen this?

I have a 2000 sport 4x4 extended cab and it also seems to be level to me. I have never cranked the torsion bars or anything. I have been wondering the same for awhile

Grab a tape measure and measure from the center of the wheel to the wheel well lip. On a stock truck there is usually 2.5ish inches difference.

Ive never heard of an 04+ truck being close to level straight out of the factory. Did you buy the truck new? If not, perhaps it alreayd has a leveling kit on it, or maybe the block have been removed from the rear....

Thanks Bartak1,

22.5" front
23.25" back

Do you think I can do 35" as is? If I go with the Bilstein 5100 I will end up nose up leading to needing to add a leaf as well.
