More lift ??

I have a 6" procomp stage 1 lift on my 05 f150 ..I want to add a few more inches and was thinking about getting the bilstein adjustable struts for the front. Will I have any issues with using those on the 2" setting?? Thanks

No, they will work fine. This will be your least expensive and easiest way to get a couple inches of lift.

could i simply put these on a 2WD STX and achieve a few more inches of lift or would it require that I do something else as well?

No, you can't combine a leveling kit and the Bilstiens with the preload cranked up. You ball joint angles would be way to extreme.
