My mechanic installed my rear Donahoe shocks with the shaft side up. I know thats how the stock shocks were installed but I think he put the DR's in upside down. Anyone know if this will affect performance or damage anything? Are these shocks designed to go either way?

 

If they are a monotube design they can be mounted either way.
