moog sway bar link kit

Bought a set of links and they are not even the right ones. The ones i got were straight up and down and the ones on my truck have a 90 degree joint on the top. truck is an 05 4x4 an that is what the moogs are suppose to fit anyone else run into this problem. If so what is the correct part number i need?

Also, anyone know a place to get 4" blocks for the rear.

not sure why everyone wants moog stuff, but i got my bushings from tasca ford parts and end links from www.rockauto.com

As for 4" blocks, Autospring has them for about 150, but beware mine cracked(split down all 8 corners) so im having my rize blocks cut down to 4.75" since i need the rear up a bit anyway.
