weird noise after leveling

Been getting this weird clacking noise when I go over little bumps or imperfections in the road. Seems to come from front end. Started after level kit put on. Been all under there trying to find out what it is. Can't find anything loose. Could it be ball joints?

how many miles are on your truck now? if you have enough miles then there could be enough wear on them to cause them to start popping now since the leveling kits changed that angle. its possible but hopfully thats not the case

What kind of leveling kit do you have? Autospring found that by making their kit offset slightly, the coilspring would not touch the control arms when the suspension topped out. When this happens it makes an annoying "clanking" noise. That may be what you have.

Dont know the brand. Had a performance/offroad place put it on. But I've checked that out, they only touch when the wheels are all the way down. Ordinarily there's plenty of clearance. But thanks.

Well I finally figured it out. I took back to Big John's performance which is who put the level kit on, and they discovered that the nuts that hold the leveling spacer on weren't tight, plus the sway bar was loose. Kind of makes you think that they're idiots, but they have a good reputation around here. Oh well, it's all good now.
