2004 F150 Screw 2WD Strut replacement

I have a 2004 F150 Screw Lariat 2WD W/76K miles. I have Hotwheels 20X8.5 rims with Pirelli Scorpion ATR's all around. My front struts are shot and the rear shocks aren't much better. I found some RS9000X Adjustable Performance Shocks by Rancho http://www.f150store.com/Shop/ViewPr...96&SortOrder=2 and want to know if I can replace both front struts and rear shocks with these and still have the same lift without any clearance issues?

Thanks
Y2k

The correct term is coilover shocks. I'm not sure if those feature adjustable spring preload or not. The Bilstiens are probably a little better and do feature adjustable spring preload so you can have stock height or 2 inches of lift.
