i might me selling my boat soon, nothing special, 87 sea ray - sorrento- 24 footer. which should be enough for a lift.

what i would like to get

is there anything else i would need ?
not sure, but i ve read about these issues
steering stablizers
axle wrap
traction bars

i just want to calculate the total cost , to get a rough estimate

 

6" is roughly 1900-2k installed.
4.88's roughly 1500 installed
no clue about tires.

steering stablizers might be nice with 38's but you can decide that after you lift more, their inexpensive anyways. i would suggest a BDS lift if you can get one in your area, i love mine and think the subframe looks much better and the warranty is the best hands down and their about the same cost

 

I cant think of anything else you might need. Maybe some wider wheels with more backspacing, but thats not really a need. Might just look good with 9+ inches of lift. sell that boat fast!

You may want to consider the Fabtech lift. Fabtech also makes a steering stabilizer system that works with their lifts. I don't know if Pro Comp offers a stabilizer.

 

i paid $2100 for mine installed so dont bother with the price on the website. and i honestly have no clue where to buy from. i just walked in a popular truck shop in north houston and asked him what lifts they had and he gave me the best deal on the BDS. i would call or email them for dealers in your area. i bought mine from cutten customs, you could email or call them and ask how much they would charge to ship it to you. they're pretty knowledgable and willing to help it seemed like.

 

1500 dollars to install some gears? I doubt it. had 3:73 gears put in my mustang and the install cost me 200 bucks +150 for the gears.

 

I'm not too sure how a 9" wheel would look on a 14.5" tire, but otherwise everything looks great! I'm glad a lot more people are jacking their trucks up here.

Your sadly mistaken. take a look around the website and you'll see eevryone has paid roughly between 1000 to 1600 for gears. The f150 isn't no mustang bro.

 

x2. gears are about 550 bucks atleast. then install for front and rear.

 

i really like the price of the Kumho venture mt's

the only problem is, it comes in a 38/15.5R20

im pretty sure that would be too wide right ?

wheels are 20x9.5 with with 5.25 bs

I think the tire will fit the wheel ok. If the whee's 5.25 inch bs is appoved for the Pro Comp lift I think they may fit with 9 inches of lift.
