Extra inches for my 2003 Screw

I've got a 2003 FX4 Screw with a 4" Rancho lift. Recently put 35" ProComp's on and with some trimming eliminated most of the rubbing (I got about 5" out of the Rancho lift). Looking to add a few extra inches and bought a 3" body lift, but haven't found anyone willing to install (yet). Also looking at a leveling kit and see the Auto Spring's are very popular, but not made for the '03 & earlier F-150's. Any advice on how to get some extra inches of lift?

Stay away from leveling kits on the 97-03 F150 4x4's they will put way too much preload on your torsion bars

As for a few extra inches you can crank your current torsion bar adjustment keys to level the front of the truck out.

Id highly recommend the 3" body lift that will be the easiest way to gain some extra tire clearance. and you could probably fit 37's on there.

I agree. Either crank up the torsion bars or install a PA body lift.

Thanks for the advice... that was an easy way to gain a few inches in the front. Still looking to install that 3" body lift, but good for now.
