help with body lift

i have a 98 2wd f150 ext. cab. i was going to get a leveling kit but that isn't enough so i want to go with a body lift.

i'm either going with 2 or 3 inches obviously so what tires an i fit with either one of those lifts?
will anything be affected in a bad way with a body lift?

i'm not sure on a tire size on a 2WD, but i would get the leveling kit as well. you will not "mess" anything up with the body lift, as long as you perform the install correctly. read and reread the instructions. on a '98, expect to fight the body bolts every turn out, with all the rust and crud of ten years holding them in the bushings. fyi, there are 14 bolts total on an extended cab. make sure to install all of the extensions as well, steering shaft, gas lines, etc. the kit includes everything you'll need.

29's will look a little goofy. If you add a body lift and a leveling kit you can fit up to a 33x12.50 tire.
