You can buy a leveling kit to raise the front of your truck up to 2.5 inches for less than $100. I'd recommend the Autospring kit.

Leveling kit and add a leaf if you think you need it.

Lifting wont hurt fuel mileage as much as the larger tires you can fit after lifting will.

ok i have a 2006 f150 XLT Supercrew 4x2 it was used when i bought it and i think it was lowered because it has real bad tire tilt towards the motors.

tire tilt? are you talking about it being 2-2 1/2" lower in the front than the rear? thats how all trucks come from the factory. a 2 or 2 1/2" leveling kit will fix these problems for you. about $80 for the kit shipped. install is simple. and then you will need an alignment. Max tire size for a 2x4 will be a 33/12.50 on stock wheels

no it was lowered cause i've pulled up next to other f150 and none of them are as low as mine.

I think he means tire tilt as in the top of the tires are farther in than the bottom. Like it gets on lowered trucks. If its been lowered it was done cheaply. But it sounds to me like it needs lined up.

LARABOY,

The 2 wheel drives come lower than the 4X4 & FX4. So if you pull up next to another F-150, yours could be lower because you have 2X4.

ya, just looks at your shocks and see if their oem or not and check your coils as well. most likely your just 2x4 and your truck naturally sits low. your shocks could also be bad.

rancho makes quick adjust shocks. bilstein makes adjustable shocks. or you can also use a 2"-2 1/2" spacer

thats exactly what i mean the top of my tire tilt in further than the bottom.
one of the reasons i kno is because i' just replaced my tires and the in side the side that faces the motor was down to the wire (literally).
