I guess....
if by playing you mean adding ginormous lifts, then yes.

$3,200 is the MSRP for the Bulletproof Suspension kit. I am pretty sure that all their vendors stick to that price. The only money that you'll save on that would be from cheap shipping. It appears to be a sound, and well engineered kit. Bulletproof also offers installation and alignment. It may be worth the road trip from Arizona to have it installed by the people who make the kit, so that you can be sure that it was done right. What you spend on gas was saved on shipping.
yea i think i decided the bulletproof is a lil too much for me.

it looks like fabtech makes 2 kits, a basic cross member setup and a performance cross member setup. what is the difference?

in each one of those kits (performance and basic), they offer a performance shock and a dirt logic.

The difference between the two Fabtech kits is that the basic kit uses a new shock, with your OEM coil spring, and the performance kit uses a new Dirt Logic coilover. Both kits come with the option of a Dirt Logic rear shocks.

Both fabtech lift options have the same crossmember, and are identical except for the shock options. You can get the "basic" fabtech performance shocks (which ride great i love them), or you can get the fabtech "dirt logic" coilover shocks. You can also choose between Fabtech basic performance shocks or Dirt logic reservoirs in the rear.

awsome so the only difference between the two is the shocks?

so sounds like the basic with performance over the dirt logic is what i should be getting into. and just order some spacers for a lil extra lift.

anything else i need to look out when lifting a truck?

i was told that obviously get an alignment right after the kit is instaled, and then they said after 1500 miles go back over it with a torque wrench and make sure it's all still good. anything i need to reinforce advise suggestions?

thank you for everyones help

i am pretty excited to get this going now!

i am actually getting the 6" lift this week or next week for my 2004 4x2 lariat 5.4. from what i get they make lifts based on popularity. lifting your 4x2 isnt as popular as lifting a 4x4. thats why its hard to find anything inbetween a 2.5 inch leveling kit to a 6" lift for the 4x2. unless you have an older model that is. (before 2004 models) older models i believe they make a 4" lift for the 4x2. my truck will look gay for a while until i can afford larger tires.

currently have 285/55 R20s which i will have to keep on for a couple of weeks. but after that im thinking about putting on some 35" tires

Make sure you ask for the 5" rr block on the Fab. kit (the 2x4 kit comes with a smaller block) . I have the basic kit with an additional 2"AS up front & 1.5 Lift shackle in rr.
