i have a leveling kit on but want a little more....
would bigger tires lift it more, if so how much? 33" tires

and also maybe considering 3 inch body lift with 35" tires? how much higher would it sit?

tires will lift it more but not much. just take your current tires and subtract those from the size you want to go to then divide the number you get in half and thats the lift you will recieve from tires!

well since we dont know your truck ill just tell you for both.

97-03= most people recommend doing it yourself not to hard.

04-08= PITA. have it installed or just get a suspension lift and install yourself.
suspension is probly easier than a body lift on the new body style. can get a pro comp stage I for 1100 bucks.

about a 800-1000 for body lift installed.

tires just depends what size rims.
17" km2 in 35/12.5/17 are 250 a piece
17" BFG AT/KO 240 a piece

your looking about 2k most likely for everything

km2's in 35x12.5x17 right now are EXTREMELY HARD to find !!! i was told by several vendors that the earliest would possibly be mid December before they were available.

Is there any other way to raise front end of a 05F150 Screw without a complete lift and spacers?

Haul 1500lbs in the bed to make the back match the front. In general terms, nope, you need to level it.

no, aside a body lift, or a susp. lift, there's no other way to lift the front end... this ain't cheap, if it was everyone would drive a lifted truck... going from a 32'' to a 35'' tire will lift the truck 1.5'' higher off the ground, but the fender will be packed tight, and you'll probably be in for some rubbin'! you'll need at least a leveling kit to stuff 'em in there like that. don't go over a 2'' leveling kit, or your front end will wear much faster.

the reason why the body lift is such a PITA on the 04-08 is b/c you have to replace all the body bushings along w/ the new bolts and spacer blocks.

on the 97-03, the stock bushings are retained w/ the new bolts and spacer blocks, hence it being "easier."
