Replace front shock mount bolts?

Installing Bilsteins, rears are already done on my 2WD 2005 Supercab 5.4 (main use is towing a small RV), using the factory/Helm Book to guide, have a few questions about the front install for someone who has been there ....

1. Book says to remove nut and separate tie-rod end from the wheel knuckle. Is that necessary to get clearance to remove the shock/spring assy? If yes, do you really replace the tie-rod end nut or re-use the original?

2. Book says to replace the BIG (28 & 30mm) shock mount lower bolt and nut (350 lb-ft torque!) Do you really replace that bolt/nut or re-use?

I find that Tasca and other Ford parts sites don't even show these bolts/nuts on their parts search pages.

Any other tips relating to this job are welcome - thanks in advance.
