All of the issues you mention are addressed by the Performance Accessories body lift.
As for the spacers, you may need to add adjustable camber bolts to get your alignment within specs. These are available for around $40 at most parts stores.

I've decided to go with the coil spacers. the daystar coil spacers come in 1-3 inches. whats the highest i can go before i start sacrificing safety? just a reminder, i have a 98' f150 2wd with the fabtech 7.5" long travel kit. this truck is my daily driver, so i cant afford to be w/out her if something goes wrong!

I don't believe you can go over 2 inches without needing longer upper control arms to get the alignment correct.
