Lift advice

I am completely new to this lift kit system.

I currently own a 2005 f-150 fx4 with the 18'' rim.

What do I need to lift the suspension. I heard a lot of you guys are rolling with the 6'' fabtech lift kit with 35'' tires. Are those the only thing you need to change or the steering needs some change since the height of the truck changed?

The Fabtech, RCD and Rize are probably the best lifts for our trucks. The kits will contain everything you need. Depending on how you use your truck and your powertrain, you may want to regear.

Your steering doesnt need to be changed but you can get a steering stabalizer. I went with the dual fabtech steering stabalizer and its very nice. I dont notice any steering wheel vibrations at all
