I have just started to notice a popping/clicking sound coming from the front passanger side of my truck. It is a 2000 xlt manual v6 with 213000 mi on it. Could the sound be the ball joint is worn out or could it be the shock and spring only hear it when I turn the wheel and not all the time. Replaced the drivers side ball joint about a year or so ago shocks and springs still orginal, engine and trans. original, new starter and new alt. new rotors.

 

I had this same sound with my 05, I ended up replacing the swaybar brushings and its all fixed.
