Front End Alignment specs

Help me make some sense out of these numbers I received after having a front end alignment at my local dealer. This report was on the dash when I picked up the truck this afternoon. I know what camber/caster/toe in is all about, but it's the actual numbers I have questions about.

The report has settings for Front: Left; Front: Right and Front

Front: Left has:

Camber Actual -0.2 and specified Range -1.0 0.6
Caster Actual ----- specified Range 3.6 5.6
Toe Actual 0.12 specified Range -0.05 0.20

Front: Right has:

Camber Actual -0.3 specified Range -1.0 0.6
Caster Actual ---- specified Range 3.6 5.6
Toe Actual 0.10 specified Range -0.05 0.20

Front has:

Cross Camber actual 0.1 specified Range -0.8 0.8
Cross Caster actual ---- specified Range -0.8 0.8
Total Toe actual 0.22 specified Range -.10 0.40

All measurements are in degrees of angle.

Does the 'actual' value indicate what the settings were after the alignment? I think it does but would like confirmation. I think the range just shows the acceptable range, true? and finally are these settings pretty much neutral for an unmodified super crew with 5.4

check the lower controll arm bolts and see if they have been loosend and adjusted, which is very hard to do without using a camber kit. i bet all he did was set the toe and collect the dough... from what i can see the measurments look good other then there is no caster measurment.
