New 6" Pro-comp stage II
Those two were also my inspiration for what I wanted to do with my truck. I don't know how many times I went into Thumps gallery and checked out his pics.
lol, well my paint will still be on the truck in 5 years... not to mention it has added flex.... ha ha ha... you couldnt even buy enough decent spraypaint to paint that much for $150... keep in mind that i had a fiberglass hood that needed work to get it to not be wavy... and I must admit the hood looks sick... With paint you really pay for quality... for what you had painted I paid about $400... my hood is what was expensive...
Just wanted to put my input about paint and pricing. Good paint work is expensive. I had a few things painted for my car from a body shop. I paid $150 for a chin spoiler, rear spoiler, and the mirrors. The only thing that held up was the mirrors. They used a cheap clear coat that had turned brown in a matter of months. A good body shop quoted me $300 per bumper cover for my car. This guy's work is amazing. I opted to buy the parts pre painted from Roush for about the same price, it was the best thing I could of done, IMO. Of course, there are probably exceptions to this, but I've never seen them. When it comes to painting, it's easier to do it right the first time, than to have to strip it and paint it again.
this is true. we all get wat we pay for, but the only thing why im not worried about it is cuz i have lifetime warranty. i think they used ppg paint also, at least that the bottle i saw when they were doing it.
