No problem, one thing to note though. With the V8 springs the ride does get a little more stiff though. I personally loved it but many like their trucks to ride like cars.

i bought a truck so i have no problem with a stiffer ride. i think its too soft stock

yeah definately. since its going to be a while since i can put it in im thinking im going to paint the spindles red to go with the truck. any suggestions on what paint to use? im thinking high temp engine paint.

That would look great but id suggest powder coat it will last longer.

When i get my suspension lift everything is going to be stripped down and powder coated white. Only thing bad about this is that it normally voids the lifts warranty.... but it would look CRAZY!

if i had the funds or knew of a place to do it i certainly would. im gonna do some paint research and find the best paint i can simply rattle can. maybe in the future when i get real funds ill pull it apart and do it right.

so im thinking Duplicolor Caliper Paint or Engine Enamel or High Heat Paint. any thoughts?

The hell kind of spacers are those? I know the daystars, but those others look scary as hell. Man this is making me miss my old truck even more same body different color, and nearly identical lift. Its gonna look good once done! If you have the proper tools it should take you maybe a day to install it yourself.

they are the crappy ones that spingtech sells. ive heard nothing but bad things about them, thats why i got the daystars. im probably going to take it up to MercedesTech in santa rosa. his shop has a lift and air tools and the such, should make it at the most a weekend thing
