Straight pipe and tip is 5 inches.

Pro Comp has 8 shims that are a 1/4 inch thick in there kit, you install them on top of your rear blocks. You can put in all 8 (4 per side) or less depending on how much height need. I put in all 8 and it's sits dead level. Measurements from the ground to the wheel well are 45 inches front and rear

is that from the ground to the center of the wheel arch 45 inches?
