The cheapest price I have gotten here in Tampa, FL is $325.00 that include the alignment. Tack on $80.00 for the kit and total cost is $405.00. I am still calling around to see if I can get a better price, but my rims/tires come end of next week and wanted them installed together.

Just do it yourself. I am mechanically retarded and I did it in under 2 hours and a 6 pack. If I can do it, anyone can do it.

A guy at Autospring said he has installed thousands of these kits and never once has had to do a camber/caster adjustment. I installed mine myself and when I brought it to get aligned, they said my toe was way out but the camber/caster was still dead on. Yes, you got screwed.

I got a feeling I may wind up doing this myself.

Please do. When your done you will pat yourself on the back. Spend the 300.00 on a different mod. I haven't done mine yet (going on this weekend) but I have done shocks and struts before and its stupid easy, especially with the how to on this board. Grab a cold 12 pack, a good friend and a sunny day and enjoy! That is what I am doing!

You need to contact the B.B.B and report this person and let him know.

The first thing I would do is email AS and get them to put it in writing that a caster/camber or any kind of alignment kit is not needed. Then I would print this thread and take it to them. Give them a chance to adjust the bill. If they do the right thing you won't have to do anything else. I would also NEVER go back.
