yeah there's a few different companies...but the f150's.... to me on the lifted trucks the lakewoods just look silly... i'm personally glad my truck is lowered... heck get you a custom shop to fab you up some... then make them look the way YOU want them...

On the superlifts you can adjust the the length of the bars. The ends rotate with flex, but when they aren't installed you can adjust the length. Whether or not they offer the correct geometry for a regular cab, I would just check your wheelbase against the wheel base of a supercab/crew. The mounting point for the frame brackets is just under the body when a bed bolt resides (covered by that circular thing right under the rear door).

FWIW, its much easier to just pay someone to weld the frame brackets..... I had mine done for 20 bucks along with complete install.
