Diesel to clean behind the wheels
Diesel to clean behind the wheels
I just installed the 2 1/2 in. leveling kit in my 2004 4x4 Lariat.
I can see now the sping in the front and a lot more.
I would like it all to be very clean and all black.
here in Juarez Mexico in the car wash they spray diesel to the back of the tire to make it look clean and black.
Is the diesel goo or bad ???
What do you regurlarly use ??
Mine is a Road Queen , never go offroad.

I am not sure the diesel would hurt anything, but something a little safer would work also. Simple green is a great cleaner and should have no problems cutting through the road grime if you let it soak for a bit.
Diesel??? Thats why your water down there is a f'd up. Probably just runs right into the drainage system... I would not do that ot my truck.
Definately try the simple green and other degreasers made for automotive.

Water has nothing wrong with it, is cleaner that the NYC water, is the chlorine that we use that gives the runs to gringos .
I believe that using degreaser 2 or 3 times may start some sqeaking or dry up boots.

I would go to the Care and Detailing section and read up on there. I would recommend Meguir's APC+ followed by some Hyper Dressing.
