Would 35's fit with only a 2" leveling kit on a 4x4? How much rubbing would there be with this set up? Would I either have to step down to 33's or go to a 2.5 inch leveling kit to make it work?

An 8" wheel with 5 1/2 inches of backspace should give you enough clearance to run 35's on a leveled '04 and up 4x4. You will have more clearance with AT's than MT's and need to limit width to 12.5 inches.

Look closely at his front valence, one can see there was some trimming done. Maybe he will let us know, if he rubs on his upper control arms with those toyos. That would be my concern.

How bad is the rubbing? I know rubbing is not good for your tires but what will it do in the long term? Anything really bad?

Thanks

2.5 with 325/60/20 or 35.6 tires, rub at full lock only, had to do minor trimming

I got the leveling kit sitting next to my bed, 35x12.50 17 Pro Comp AT's in the shed, Pro Comp Add a Leaf in the mail, and MT Classic Wheels coming next week..... these pics are killing me, I can't wait to get mine hooked up. I am also going to a 3" PA Body Lift in the fall. Then hopefully 6" fabtech next spring once this truck is not my daily driver...... I want 5.5" of BS on these wheels right?
