Ripped front suspension mount from frame

I am driving a bone stock 2005 F-150XL (79,500 miles) and have been hearing a noise lately in four wheel drive. I would hear a pop when I accelerated quickly after decererating. I have discovered it to be the mount at the top of the front differential removed itself from the frame. It took a large chunk out. Now, the company I work for will try to warranty it.

Any other folks out there that have heard of this issue? I am certainly intersted in knowing. Thanks.
