08 Work truck 4x4

I have the 08 work truck 4x4 with the small V8 4.6. I hate the way that it is sloped. The back is way taller than the front, looks kinda weird with an 8ft bed. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a leveling kit for this truck? If I use a leveling kit, do i have to do anything besides probably get the truck re-alligned?

Thank you,
Matt

Autospring and Daystar seemed to be the favorites. After you level all you have to do is get the truck realigned

^that and the fact that raised rear ends look really cool.
I really don't get why the 'level' look is so popular, because the front ends up looking higher than the rear while the box sits level. it's a mystery to me.

if the truck is brand new then give it time.it will settle down some.the back end will be higher though.the back end is high so if you load it down then the vehicle will stay level.

If you use it for a work truck and you end up leveling it you might want to add a leaf to the back. If you carry a load in a leveled truck the back end will be "saggy". I am leveling mine (if it ever gets here!) and adding a leaf to the back end, I tow a trailer and I don't want the bumper dragging look when I am carrying a load.

Besides if you add a leaf then you get extra capacity to carry work stuff...or fun stuff too

i dont really use it for what it is made for, i just bought it cuz it was cheap and the company gave me a great deal since they killed my 96 F150 4x4 with extended cab by putting 6 cylinder spark plugs in the 5.4 V8. i really only tow or carry something heavy max about 4 times a year for no extended time period.

the work trucks just look soooo low in the front and so high in the back. more than any other truck. I just want it level with some 30's or 32's

or can i add four 3 in spacers all the way around and do a 3 in body lift? would that be safer? still keeping things in proportion... just moving everything up 3 in?

Ummm, 5.4 to my knowledge wasn't available in '96. The engines were still the 4.9 I6, the 5.0 V8 and the 5.8 V8, both Windsors. The 2 valve 5.4 modular motors arrived late season 97. Unless you got your hands on a test mule
