installing an add a leaf on a 97. i got everything apart and am putting the aal spring in, but i cant get the springs to line up so i can but the tie bolt through it. is there any trick to getting it to line up right or should i just take the whole spring pack off the truck and work with it then?

 

use a few hose clamps on both side of the hole to hold and lighly compress the pack so you can jam the center bolt in.
