New Shocks or Straight to lift????

[IMG]<a href="http://s270.photobucket.com/albums/jj96/koreyw69/?action=view&current=f150view6.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i270.photobucket.com/albums/jj96/koreyw69/f150view6.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>[/IMG]the front shocks are out in my 89 f150. i have the quad front shocks. there rusted thru, which i heard is a common problem since its an age and eveyrthing but um. i plan on putting a 6 or 8'' lift soon. should i even get new shocks until then and i heard some lift packaes come with shocks in them.

No, wait until u buy the lift because u would have to purchase longer shocks for the lift.
