flip it around... ya have it on there backwards (most likely)

Check to make sure the front driveshaft boot is closer to the transfer case (as opposed to be closer to the front diff).

Backwards??? Its the knuckle rubbing where it crosses over the sway bar, its never done that before now if it was backwards it would have been doing it right off the bat...

just give it a look bud. Whats it gunna hurt ? Mine didn't do it right away. Heck, I didn't notice til my second "off road" trip. And in 4x4 the "knuckle" or CV was knocking against the actual sway bar. Just get under, give a look. Check to see if where the boot is. You can snap a pic too, maybe we will see something.

Its either the backwards driveshaft (i would be willing to bet money... but im a gambler) or the new drop down brakets for the sway bar itself are on backwards. Those are pretty much the two reasons why this happens.

VERY common problem.

Ok i looked last nite and it wasnt on backwards i downloaded the directions again and it says the slip yoke needs to be on the tranfer case end which it is, and after looking at the the drop down brackets for the swaybar there isnt a right or wrong way to install them its the same measurement either way
Do you think a spacer in between the braket and frame would work? im talking like a 1/4in?

There is something goin on.... I have never heard of anyone needing a spacer. Not reading the instructions.... the boot it closer to the transfer case right ? *dif* >----=--<*case* (sweet diagram huh? )

Now, the drop down braket can be installed backwards. yes, they are both the same size, but see how they look like a small c-channel * [ * you need the flat side facing out, towards you [ ]

The sway bar drop brackets are offset and must be on the correct way otherwise the driveshaft will hit it. You either need to flip the brackets upside down or switch them from driver to passenger side.

right on ! Glad ya liked it. Hope it works, if you do all those things and still having problems, maybe try snapping some photos under it, then post em. Sometimes it takes a couple different sets of eyes to catch something.
