2 or 3" body lift.

I am new to making changes on a late model 150. I have a 2000 super cab XLT 4x4 with 5.4 engine. I am not sure of the gears as I only picked it up around three hous ago.

I want to put bigger tires on the truck. I would like to go with somewhere around 33". Can I do it with a 2" body lift?

I am not going to do any major off roading in the rig as I have a 1966 Ford Bronco Half Cab all set up already.

Any info would help.

Thanks

if you only want to put 33's on it then crank your torsion bars and put them on! with a 3" body lift you can fit 35's. if you need the steps on torsion bar crank let me know!

If you want a body lift, go with the 3 inch lift because everything lines up better and you can fit 35's if you wish.
