Suspension swap question (cheap suspension lift)?

I want to lift my 1999 2wd F150, I was thinking of swaping front and rear springs off of my truck with that of a 4wd of the same year, make, model. So

Question 1 - Would the front coils and rear leafs even swap over?

Question 2 - If they did swap over would it even be a noticeable lift?

I don't know if the parts are interchangable. I'd suggest a set of lift coils or Daystar coilspring spacers.

4x4's use torsion bars so theres no coils up front, thats only on the new body style. and the rear is lifted with blocks, the springs wont give you lift. like wandell said coil spacer or new coils, keep both under 2" of lift so you dont need new uca's. if you lift the front 2" itll sit level so you probably wont want to lift your rear

And for some reason I saw 1989 instead of 1999 F-150.
