Is it a superlift your installing. That's what I put on mine, seemed to be the best kit with the steering extentions, and such. but sadly I never got the frame caps. Fuel tank vent was the wrong size on mine too. I had to frind off all of my bed bolts except one. Hope the rest goes good for ya

Its a performance accessories. No caps came with it. The vent house is big enough i can put the old vent hose inside it. I only had to grind off 1 bed bolt and but the 2 front bolts at the front of truck. After this is done the Fabtech lift sitting next to truck is suppose to go on. I will probably order tires and wheels next week and a set of gears. Only thing left to finish this up is drill holes in frame for the cab straps and hook things back up so i can start it. Electric fans at ready to install also.

You don't have to drill through the frame to attach the safety cables, just so you know. My drill bits were all dull so I just zip tied them to the frame until I was able to get them welded on. It's a lot easier to weld them than to drill through the frame it you have access to a welder.

Right now I think the plan is to run 37/13.50/17 unless I change my mind again. either gonna get 4.56 gears or 4.88 as I will still drive it on the hiway when i go out of town

I did the chevy tow hook swap on the front of my 99 when i did the body lift. You can stick them inside the frame and they bolt right up to your existing holes and they are open ended on the side so you can actually slide a tow strap on them if needed. There on any 88-97 chevy truck.I did trim the fron of the frame though so they would fit in there but it looks ten times better then having the stockers hanging way down.
