Looking for a good install shop (Missouri)

OK, I finally pulled the trigger and bought my lift, wheels and tires for my 2005 F-150 Screw FX4 . All items should be here by the end of next week.

Just purchased the following:

Superlift 4.5" Suspension Lift with Bilstein Reservoir Shocks
Pro Comp Forged Stryker 7, 20X10 with 5" backspacing
Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ 35X13.50-20

Here is my dilemma, I am looking for a reputable shop to do the install on my lift somewhere within 100 miles of home (Warrensburg, MO). So far I have received quotes from General Spring KC ($700.00) and Chux Trux ($850.00).

I am not looking for the cheapest shop, I am just interested in ensuring I get my truck done right. Make Sense?

Therefore, if you are aware of a good shop in Missouri (Warrensburg, KC, etc) that does quality work, please post here and let me know of them. I have heard good things about General Spring KC, anyone else used them?

Thanks in advance for your assistance. I know we have guys from this area on here.

Looked up Rize dealers for Missouri and there are none listed on their website. Yah, I have heard good things about General Spring...

Both of those estimates seem really steep to me.

I don't live near you, but when I was entertaining the idea of a lift I checked out the price at the local Ford Dealer. That said they would install a lift for $500.00. I thought that price was resonable, so you may want to try a dealer option.

Thanks guys...I think I am going to go with GeneralSpring KC...I know at least one of them is on these forums regularly and they seem to have a good rep. Besides, they are a professional suspension shop and can custom make another AAL if need to level out my truck since I would like to leave my strut spacer in as well.

Like a kid before Christmas now, can't wait for the parts to get in and to get them installed. Keep the ideas coming if any of you know someone around here though.

Yah, time is the main thing I don't have right now...or I would try and tackle it myself as well. As a matter of fact I have the shop as well...Mike's Automotive in Concordia is owned by one of my best friends (Geoff Sparks).

Appreciate the offer anyway, that is what I like about this Forum, everybody is willing to help someone else whether it is labor or just good ol' advice.

Ya i drive by that place every day and wish i had money $250,000 or whatever it is to blow and buy it and make it my personal shop just to tinker in.

It's a shame to see such a nice shop unused.

Yah, it is a real nice little shop. I too would love to have it...

He has been trying to sell the place for quite some time now, he lost his shop manager and it was just to much to keep up with on his own. He is active duty Air Force (as am I) and trying to manage the day to day of the shop while working full time at Whiteman was to much...

yeah i just put a 6 inch fabtech on my 01 screw, and it wasnt to bad, but if you were looking for someone to put it on for you, Bigfoot 4x4, does installs now, and theres a guy up named AJ, hes in charge of all the customer installs and he realky knows his stuff, he wanted $800 to put my 6 inch on, but that also included an aligment. He would be someone that i would trust my pick-up with.

I live in Independence Missouri, Chux trux is here and a place called truck masters is in Raytown. I know both are not cheap but both have very good reps!
