Its never too late to start! Im still a current flight instructor if you need any lessons! But the whole engineering thing is probably a safer bet in terms of family life! But learning to fly for fun would be cool!

I did the AFROTC thing freshman year of college. I could only handle one semester of that! I may go apply for a guard slot down the road. I still have 5 years to decide, but working overseas as I do would make that impossible.

Good luck with the truck and do the skyjacker!

Where do you "live" mostly? Wouldn't mind goin up with a fellow F150 guy.

I've been working for an engineering firm for the past 2 years. He's putting me through school. So I figured I should probably stick around.

I too only stayed for a semester. It was really intense. I could have handled it, but I'm glad I didn't try. I'm already exhausted this semester and it's only been a week.

Skyjacker will come soon! No doubt about that.

Im mostly out of the US in places like Africa, India, Europe... My truck stays at my parents house in Cedar Rapids, IA. Im a drifter! I dont have a home, but I guess Cedar Rapids is my offical mailing address! Where at in TX do you live? I lived in Houston and then Lake Jackson for a little while. Maybe I could point you in the right direction to find a good flight school!

I'm in Fort Worth.

I don't know if I could leave my truck behind all the time!
