leveling kit

hey guys id like to beef my truck up with some bigger tires and a leveling kit im on a budget for the kit of less than 300 so any suggestions?
Also how difficult are these to put on and will i need an alignment after im done?

I picked up my 2" Autospring kit through the forums here for $65.00 shipped. Just watch the classifieds. The install isn't too difficult, here is a link that walks you through it:

edit: just saw in your info that you have a 2000........completely disregard what I said. That how-to only applies to 04+...sorry about that!

Personally, I would not use these. You have keys already on your truck now from the factory that can be adjusted up a certain amount.

On the auction it states, "Stock ride quality retained", this is not possible if the truck is being lifted with the torsion bar. It WILL make the ride stiffer.

I agree. Just crank up your torsion bars with the OEM keys and get an alignment.
