2002 4x4 FX4 Strut Options

I have 78k miles and struts seem to be going as when I jump on the back and jump off it seems to keep bouncing more than it should. Keep in mind I have only had the truck for 4k miles so I don't know what it is really supposed to drive like.

What is my best option?
I have read the rancho 9000's you can level. However I would probably only want to do that if I was getting different wheels correct?

Welcome to the site. Your truck doesn't have struts, it has shocks. If you still have the oem shocks, they were probably worn out a long time ago. You can level your truck by cranking up the preload on the torsion bars. Your shocks don't support any weight. The Rancho's you are thinking about are for the 04-08 trucks which have a completley different front suspension (coilover shocks).

I'd look for a sale on some higher quality shocks.
