Hey , I have a 2003 screw 5.4 fx4 with a 3 inch body lift and 33x12.50s. i am on fourwheelparts.com and there are numerous lifts for the f150, however, I am looking for a cheap way to add a couple inches or at least level the front end.

THat is for a 4x2, it will not work on your 4x4.
You can get another inch or so of lift by cranking up your torsion bars. Other than that, all you can do is add a suspension lift.
