Exclamation hellbent steel leveling kit??

http://hellbentsteel.com/Ford/ford_F-150-lift-kit.html

Anyone know anything about this company or the product. I am ordering it just for the reason of checking it out and seeing if it is of good quality. a little bit of research. Not much of a price diff but it is a lil cheaper than some of the other brands and if it is good quality then it would be good for you guys to know for future ref.

Mine just came in. It is out in the truck and I do't want to get it to measure it tonight but I will tomorrow. I did inspect the welds, one of them looks amazing but the other has a few defects. air bubbles, looks as if it may of been hit twice over in a few spots. Not that bad for the price, ready to get the wheels and tires and put it all on now.

Please note: The 1-3/4" thick spacer gives you a total lift of 3". This is due to the fact that when you extend the
strut by 1-3/4" the strut assembly will rotate to a slightly steeper angle when reassembled. It is
the combination of extending the strut and the change in angle that gives the total lift. For the
same reason, the spacer in the 2-1/2" kit measures 1-5/8".

I was wondering if anyone has some pics of the final results, as I am heavily considering this as the next step on my 08 stx 4x4

Might want to check about adding 3" on top of a pro-comp lift. Might not be a good idea.

Stacking lift kits ... not a good idea.

I have a Hell Bent Steel 3" kit on my '05 F150. It's a heavy-duty part. The welds are the best I've seen (I love stuff made in America) and I shopped around for several months before I bought. Their service and prices iare great too! However, you should never stack lift kits and spacers. Besides the obvious safety factors, you could do some serious damage to your truck. I'd do a bit more research before you try that.
