Finally got the kit put on. This thing went together without any problems. I will take some pics as soon as the rain slows down. I ended up doing 8" Rize, 2" Bilsteins, Rize 2" AAL, 20'' KMC Hoss with 37'' Nitto Mud Grappler's.

JJFX407 -- What gear ratio are you running with the 8" and 37" tires? Any tuner? I was thinking of something similar but I have 3.55 gear ratio and was thinking that that is not enough to push such big tires..

I still have the stock 3:73 but I will be putting in 4:88 the first of the year. I have a custom tuner from troyer

how hard is it to get the truck moving with just 3.73 and that big of a tire? hows the gas milage? just curious

It's not as bad as I thought it would be. Im not sure about the gas mileage since it's terrible anyways. I towed a trailer over the weekend and it got a little slugish going up hills.
