Upper control arm after AS kit

Anyone have a picture of theirs? The control arm is almost hanging straight down now and is very close to the coil spring. Is that normal?

I think thats normal, I do know it seemed like a lot of stress and didnt look normal after installing the 2" AS kit too. But rides great with 325/60/18 tires.

I do have pics at home I can post later tonight of what mine looked like. Im 99% sure I took pics of mine when during installing the kit. Just let me know and Ill post them later tonight.

BTW I just seen a few post below: Write-up: Auto Spring 2.5" Leveling Kit Install might want to read it and check out the pics. I cant seem them to see if they help because the pics are blocked here at work.

Sweet ride btw! I read the write up and indeed it is a good one. I printed it out and referred to it during the install. However, his final pic "put tire back on truck" the arm seemed higher than mine and not at such a extreme downward angle. If you could post a pic that would be awesome!

Thanks!

See if this helps!
I do have my old rim on but should help.

If you need to zoom save the pic to your desktop and should be able to with Windows XP.

yes, thats normal. Over time you will even see a wear spot on the coil spring where the upper a-arm is hitting the coil over bumps. No Problems to date though. Ride is great and looks are much better then stock.
