I'm going to be cranking the Kings 2 inches like the Bilsteins I've got currently. Hopefully they'll ride as good as my friend's Tacoma with Kings.

Nope, my mileage only went up about .5 mpg but I do a lot of highway driving so who knows.

Wait a second, how are you calculating your mileage? I hope you're not using the message center and thinking that is correct.

. . than gears would really help you out!

I'm not so sure you'll see a 4 mpg change, thats hard to believe.

Care to "lend" me 1200 or so off your money tree!! LA has poor economy and poorer pay rates

PS: Mine are coming in Monday!
i wasnt talking about the ride of the kings i was talking about there purpose. the main idea behind getting a coil over such as the king is to aquire more upward and down ward travel, by crandking them up you are losing down trave along with up travel, but like i said you only want kings for the look of them not the performance.

ya yo tell him whats up jk, how high you cranking them you got to take pics, and our trucks and take bigger then 38s you just have to have the right things done to it, not saying it would being the best riding truck or offroading but for a street queen it would be fine, just need gears, the rize steering system is great and it you put new uca it would be fine, its just dropping 4 grand on the lift kit alone sucks
we have a light duty truck are hubs, tie rods and upper and lower ball joints arent made to push around a 40x15.5 tire. i dont care if you are a street queen, what ever its you truck i wouldnt put 40s on any IFS truck. thats why i want a 250!

I understand about the travel part, completely. It's a trade off though. The looks of the Kings are only a plus to me. I'm getting them to get rid of the strut extension and hopefully gain ride quality. . like I said before, my friends Tacoma used to ride amazing and he had his Kings cranked about 2.5 inches.

Thanks man, I'm hoping to get them on Monday night. It just depends on when they come in so that I can get it aligned on Tuesday since I don't have class. Downsouth Motorsports told me I'll need to do about 6 turns to get 2" out of them can anyone verify?
