It won't fit properly, because it mounted to the frame, when you lift the body 3". the bull bar will sit 3" lower then where it currently lines up with your truck.
You can fabricate brackets if you have a welder, that's what most people do with BL who still want the bars/guard. That's what I plan on doing when I get one.

Look at my gallery, i have a westin bullbar with 3'' body lift.
Does'nt look that bad, i prefer that look to the stock location look.
