torsion bars and blocks...HELP!

I installed a 3" PA bodylift on my truck and i turned out the torsion bars.(i tightened them all the way then backed them out about a turn and a half) I do have some keys for the bars. I have not used them but i didnt get much lift out of the torsion bars. What can i do to get more lift on the front. I would like to get more and add blocks to the rear. I started working on the bars once, but i couldnt get them out for nothing, so the keys werent installed. Any suggestions.

2001 f150 screw.

I would not install the aftermarket keys. I would just crank them all the way up with your oem adjustment keys. Just keep an eye on your cv joint angles.

Aftermarket keys will destroy your ride quality and put way to muc preload on the t bars.
