Q's about clearance w/6" & 35's

I have searched for the better part of 3 hours over the last few days for this info and have yet to find it.

I am looking for info on the following for both the 97-93 body style and the 04+ body style 4x4 w/ 6" lift and 35's.

What is the height fron the ground to the bottom of the door, and what is the height from the ground to the top of the truck.

I ask for a few reasons, first the distance from ground to door to see how hard it would be for a shorter person to get in, and how much of a pain it would be to place a baby seat in the middle of the back seat while standing on the ground.

Overall height as there are buildings that I park in that have height restrictions, and there is a toll bridge here that once your vehicle is over 6' the toll doubles.

I've got an 05 4x4 on 6" with 37s. The running board is at 24", so the door frame is probably 30" - yours would be 1" lower on both. The top of my roof is right at 7' - again, you would be 1" shorter. Not likely you will be putting the car seat in the middle from the ground, unless you are very tall.

If the rule is 6', you are already over height. The factory 4x2 is almost 74" and the 4x4 is almost 76".

I have an 05 2WD Ext. Cab with a fabtech 6" lift in the front with glass fenders and a bumper. And in the rear it is droped 1" and the fenders are pulled and I clear 37's no problem...

Thanks for the help. I really was not looking for tire clearance more just the overall clearance height of the truck once lifted with bigger tires.
