Ya that would be my bad with the post of a 4x4 lift kit. I just read lift and musta over looked the whole 4x2 part. It may just be me but lifts are for 4x4. lowering kits were made for those street 4x2 (IMO) . Sorry unclebuck for any confusion. there are lifts on that site or on 4wheelparts site for a 4x2... Good choice w/ the 35". love ta see some pics when its all said and done.

I've decided on the Fabtech 7.5" lift. Is this complete, or are there other things that are absolutely necessary to make it work? It's hard to say these words here.... Is it too big??!!

I think it will be a sweet set up. Post some pics once it's done. It will look HUGE at first but after a while not so much. I have an 02' 2wd with a 6" lift and 33" tires. I remember when I first picked her up I was like WOW.... but now it just looks like a normal truck to me. Once my 33's wear out I'll get some 35's and that should add a lil height for me.

Edit: I too was going to go with that lift but due to $$$ restraints at the time I needed lift that would allow me to keep my OEM rims. Good choice on the Fabtech.

Off the top of my head the only thing I can think of is it will need an alignment afterwards. Make sure to take it to a reputable shop, as most places will freak out at the thought of aligning a lifted truck.
