suspension lift for 2001 4x4

will some one tell me what companies and size suspension lifts are availale for a 2001 f150 4x4. all i can find are 4.5 inch lift and i would much rather get a 6 inch

Fabtech makes a 6inch suspension and rcd makes a 5 inch.

skyjacker makes a 6 inch with blocks or new leaf springs, and superlift makes a 4-5 inch lift, bds makes a 6 inch also
