im looking for a 6inch suspension lift to clear 35s on my 07 F150 stx 4X4...ive seen a leveling kit and a lift kit for a 2X4...but still have come up short on finding anything...has anybody seen a single cab new body style f150 lifted ive onlyseen extended or king cabs

 

uuummmm it would be exactly the same as an 04-06 lift..... they didnt change anything... at all.

Actually they did change a little.

I just installed a ProComp 6" kit on my 2007 FX4. There were two different emergency brake drop brackets and two different steering rack drop brackets that came with the kit. One of the emergency brake brackets said it was for 2004-2005... the other said it was for 2006... neither of them fit on my 2007. One set of the steering rack drop bracket spacers was for 2004-2006 trucks, but the other package came with separate instructions that said it was for 2007 trucks only. I didn't see the package that was for 2007 trucks only until after I installed the ones for 2004-2006 trucks and after I installed them my steering shaft was rubbing on the frame. After I removed them and installed the correct 2007 parts it was fine. This is something people may want to be careful about because maybe all the lift companies have updated their steering rack brackets/spacers for 2007 trucks.

 

I guess it did change.

 

Sorry I was wrong. The emergency brake drop bracket for the 2006 trucks also fits the 2007. So the only difference is the steering rack drop brackets and spacers.
