Basically I'm trying to get a total of 8" of lift in the front and 6" of lift in the rear. I've ordered the fabtech 6" lift, 18" motometal chrome 951's, and m/t MTZ 35x13.5x18. I was going to order a revtek 2" leveling kit to raise the front of the truck the additional 2" to bring it to 8" total. The problem is raising the rear more. I see that skyjacker makes a 1.5" and a 3" add-a-leaf for 4wd but I can't find anything for 2wd. Can someone tell me who makes the part that I'm looking for and where I can find it. Or maybe even an alternative way to get the 3" of extra lift in the rear. Thanks.

PS: I've got an 05' 2wd F150 Supercrew Lariat.
