vibration 40mph f150 xlt 2001

Have changed tires 3 times. Replaced shocks. Checked drive shaft for being straight. Vibration has remained same. Any ideas where to look for problem next?

Check the front end. Tie rod ends, ball joints and the idler arm are all high wear items on our trucks.
