AAL question

I have a 06 Screw 4x2 with AS 2.5 in the front. Truck is nearly level, maybe 1/2 inch higher in the front, but not noticeable. I'd like to add a leaf in the rear to compensate for pulling a trailer and "junk in the bed" sag. All of the AAL's I see say 1.5 - 2 inches of rear lift. I like the level look....or close to it. Anyone know of an AAL that will not raise it that much? Any thoughts?

Helper Spring?

This should give you a little extra carrying capacity w/o increasing ride height.

Keep in mind the thickness of the AAL itself is about 1/2 - 3/4". Even if the AAL was perfectly flat and provided zero lift from it's arch, it would still raise the truck about 1/2 - 3/4".

Those helper springs just may be the ticket, thanks! On the other AAL's, is it possible to get just 1/2 in to 3/4 inches? All of the ones I see say 1.5 to 2 inches... Maybe short add a leafs??

You missed my point. An AAL that only raised the truck 1/2 - 3/4" wouldn't really be an AAL... it would just be a 1/2 - 3/4" lift block.

No I don't know of any.
